Chabad Young Professionals Social Action Division is a 501(c)(3) organization and a stand-alone section of Chabad YP that runs and facilitates volunteer opportunities and programming throughout the broader community.
We serve and welcome all, without regard to race, religion, background or affiliation.
We assist the elderly, organize food drives, participate in disaster relief efforts, run an urban mentorship program, and more. We are always looking for new opportunities to make New York a better and healthier place for all of us, and welcome your leadership, participation and suggestions.
In addition to giving back to the community, the Social Action Division encourages and cultivates our leadership and communal skills through lectures, discussion groups and action-oriented projects to ensure a better world and future around us.
Our CYP Leaders Forum brings together great minds from business, politics, tech, medicine and thought to share perspectives and discuss today's most pressing matters.
We strive to create a personal and warm setting, to provide an opportunity to explore and cultivate one’s self awareness and leadership skills, and to encourage giving back to our community.
